Could it be Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), or Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle)?
Nick Newman and Phyllis Summers’ Plan
Nick has recently found out about Adam taking over the company and how he was able to do it. This leads him to confront Adam about it and declare war. He feels like he should be the one that takes Adam down for Victoria. He has the motivation to take down Adam so it could be possible that he could take Adam down and with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) on his side, it might just work.

Billy has taken a dislike to the situation, and rather he is with Victoria or not, he still cares about her. He has also seen that she has fought for that spot at Newman. Right now, he is staying out of it, but sooner or later, he will jump into the drama as well. However, can he take Adam on head-on?
Young and The Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman’s not worried
Victor is ten times more dangerous than Adam and knows it. So it is only a matter of time before Victor decides to take Adam down. However, it could be that he wants him to be comfortable in the seat and to think he is the winner before he gets takes Adam down.
Victoria Newman Has Her Own Plan
Victoria has been very proactive in coming up with plans, and she has gotten pretty far with her current plan. She tracked down Adam’s childhood friend, Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico), and has convinced her to work with her. So she might be the one to take Adam down.
